Amazing! I needed two old crowns replaced and my dentist, Dr. Ashley McDowell, suggested doing both crowns in one visit. I arrived at 10:30am and was seen immediately. Her assistant sat me in a comfortable chair, applied what I believe was a topical numbing cream to the area to be worked on and asked which Netflix show I wanted to watch. In front of me was large screen with the Netflix menu. I made my choice, was handed very comfortable headphones and began watching the program. I’m squeamish about needles, but Dr. Ashley is so good I hardly felt it. Maybe it is in her DNA, because both her dad and grandfather were excellent dentists. When it was time to begin removing the old crowns, my chair was put in a reclining position, the screen was moved overhead, and I continued to watch while she worked. Once the old crowns were removed, a device was placed in my mouth which took all the measurements needed to formulate new crowns. This information was fed to a machine which actually made them. Before I knew it, they were ready to be popped into my mouth. They fit perfectly and my mouth felt exactly the same as it did when I arrived three hours earlier. Like I said, amazing!

Dr. Ashley McDowell and her team are outstanding. They answer all questions and are just special to be with! Ashley does excellent work and always listens and understands your needs! The staff is outstanding and is always available to help! Love them all and all of the laughter they share!
