I had seen Dr. Ashley McDowell in the past but due to issues with insurance and finances I failed to keep up with treatment. Well, yesterday I went back and I’m so glad that I did. Dr. Ashley’s team was kind and professional in welcoming me back without judgement for my lapse in care. I received a very thorough cleaning and a full set of X-rays. Dr. Ashley’s exam was thorough and she was able to show me where damage had occurred that needed restoration. I was able to easily schedule the needed restorative work as well as follow up maintenance care. Although the practice no longer participates with Delta Dental (the only coverage my work offers) they will submit to the insurance company for me to get reimbursed directly. They also offer a “membership” plan (much like the concierge medical practices that are becoming increasingly popular due to poor insurance reimbursement and increasing obstruction by the insurance companies). I am strongly considering taking that option. I feel so strongly that Dr. Ashley and her team are so good that I’ve also had my children (now young adults) seeing her and she’s been great with them as well!.

Dr Ashley is truly a painless dentist. She and her staff are super nice and make your visit really comfortable. The office is cutting edge. Really cool to watch her design and make a crown. No mess, 10 minute wait (instead of 2 visits), done and comfortable at end of first visit.
