How often has anybody used the word “delightful” to describe an experience in a dental office? It truly is what comes to mind after my time at McDowell’s today. Last night my tooth broke; this morning they found time to help me. It was just one quietly efficient and skillful member of the team after another, and a few hearty laughs along the way. Thanks!
